Measurement and Surveys
Most training programs fail as a result of participants not applying what they learned or a failure to be held accountable for changed behaviors and results. We provide an easy-to-administer pre and post survey to measure the success of a training program within your organization. This assessment is customized to meet the needs of your organization and measures the behaviors that will be changed as a result of the training program.
If it meets your needs, we can also conduct employee and customer satisfaction surveys, as well as an on-line training needs assessment. In all cases, these tools will be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.
